Our Vegan Calendula Healing Salve is lovingly made in small batches & infused with Calendula flowers to provide a soothing moisture healing barrier perfect for dry or irritated skin, eczema, grazes, scrapes, insect bites, reduce the appearance of scars, provides a delicious alternative as a night balm or can be applied to the ends of your hair as a conditioning treatment.
WHATS INSIDE
Olive & Organic coconut oil has slowly been infused with dried Calendula flowers & love. Part of the Marigold family, Calendula is well known for its anti-bacterial & anti-inflammatory healing properties & used as far back as ancient Egyptian times. It’s known to brighten the skin, making it perfect as facial night balm.
Coconut oil is both antibacterial & anti-fungal & acts as a beautiful carrier for the Calendula.
Candelilla Wax, a Vegan alternative to Beeswax, derived from the leaves of the small Candelilla shrub, helps to provide a protective moisture barrier to the skin allowing optimal healing to take place.
Antimicrobial & antiseptic Essential Oils Lavender, Rosemary & German Chamomile, have been added to speed up the healing process, aid pain relief & soothe & calm the skin.
All joining together to make an herbaceous scented healing salve that’s free from any nasty chemicals or animal testing (just humans).
USE
Using clean fingers apply a small amount to the area in a thin layer.
If you are prone to sensitivities use sparingly until you are certain you have no reaction - I’ve used this in delicate areas & on the face with no issues.
CAUTION
Do not apply to open or bleeding wounds.
Not suitable for pregnancy or while try to conceive due to the essential oils which are best avoided during this time – if you would like a custom balm made without oils please send me a message.

Packaged in a reusable & fully recyclable tin that is nice & light to keep its travel footprint low as it makes its way to you.

Shipping times: - Metro area orders are sent via Australia Post which takes between 2-7 business days
- Rural orders are sent via Australia Post which can take up 7-10 days
- International orders are sent using Australia Post which at the moment can take up to 4 months due to the pandemic
